All orders are shipped from the UK, and for international shipments, all import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce daily:

UK:

Order value up to £20: £1.99
Order value up to £35: £2.99
Any order above £35: free

Customers local to the Totnes, Devon area are welcome to arrange for free collection.

EU:

Order value up to £20: £7.50
Order value up to £100: £10.00
Any order above £100: £15.00

USA:

Order value up to £40: £15.00
Order value up to £200: £25.00

We aim to ship most books within 2 business days of receiving your
order. In case we have no stock, this may increase to 3-4 business days,
unless a longer delay is specifically noted on the product page.

UK: Transit times are up to 4 business days.

EU: Transit times are up to 10 business days.

USA: Transit times are up to 14 business days.

Orders for multiple books will be dispatched when all books are in
stock, unless there is an undue delay. In that case we may decide to
make multiple dispatches at no additional cost to you.

Books that are not yet published at the time of ordering
("pre-orders") will be dispatched upon publication. Your card will be
charged at the time you place the order.

We are based on the Industrial Estate in Totnes, not far from the train station.

If the book is not in print anymore, we will not be able to help you find it, I am afraid.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unread/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
