Edward Marston is the pen name of Welsh author Keith Miles. He writes several historical mystery series set in different times: his Railway Detective series is set in Victorian times. The Home Front Detective solves crimes in WWI. The plots can feel formulaic at times, but the settings are interesting and unusual.
